Lori Rogers brings over 15 years of experience in human resources from a variety of industries, including engineering and construction, industrial gas, process systems, retail and employee benefits. Her areas of expertise include talent management and development, leading employee engagement initiatives, driving change management, and delivering HR programs that increase both individual and organizational capability.  Lori is a graduate of the University of Houston and holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a minor in International Studies.
