TRESSA FULLER | DIRECTOR OF HUMAN RESOURCES
Tressa Fuller has over 18 years of human resources experience with a specialization in talent management including workforce planning, performance management, employee development, employee engagement, and employee relations. She also has significant experience managing recruiting, benefits, compensation and compliance issues.
Ms. Fuller was most recently employed as Director of Human Resources for CSRS, Inc. an architect, engineering and program management firm where she was responsible for working with the management team in defining and implementing training, recruiting, compensation, performance management, employee engagement, compliance, benefits and more. During her prior tenure in human resources, Ms. Fuller developed, participated in and implemented various HR projects including job analysis, training, recruiting, compensation design, and handbook development.
Tressa earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from Southern University. She received additional certifications and continuing education from LSU and Central Michigan. She is a member of Society for Human Resource Management and Women in Staffing and Employment (WISE).
